Registration Guide
- Fill out the required information in the below application form.
- Fill out the information correctly so as not to be confused according to the category of Championship
(classified as Elementary, Middle and High School Division).

With the required information, 「electronic files of Identification pictures of each applicant」, 「Parent/Guardian's Agreement」, 「Proof of school enrollment」 should be attached for completion of registration. In order to participate in EFL Championship, check “Application to EFL Championship” on registration page and upload electronic file of “Proof of Immigration” for the completion of registration.
- Revision of application document is not available after submission of registration is completed. If revision
of the document is required inevitably, please make an inquiry to the below contact point.

Note
- Application can be terminated earlier by order of arrival if the number of applicants exceeds the
  operative Applicant/Parent(guardian) capacity of the Championship.
- The number of teams will be fixed considering the number of applications, judges and venue.
- Confirmation of registration is completed only when online registration is completed and Registration
  Fee is deposited in the name of team leader. (please refer to Registration fee payment and Refund
  policy)
- The name of participant and his/her school should be written as its official full name (identical name
  showed in passport) correctly avoiding a stage name, nick name, abbreviated name and expression as
  the name will be written on Certificate and Awards without any revision.
- As entire Championship results for all team members will be delivered to team leader’s address, please
  write the address correctly in the application form.
- 「Applicant/Parent(Guardian)'s Agreement」 and 「Proof of school enrollment of participant」 should be
  also uploaded as an electronically scanned attachment other than submission of this application form.

Type and instruction of attachments

Applicant/Parent (Guardian)'s Agreement	- This document is confirmation that Applicant/Parent(guardian) will acknowledge and comply with the contents of ‘Championship Information” described on the homepage of Regulations on the Championship and “Compliance with regulations on the Championship and Agreement with evaluation result” noted in application form. - Download Applicant/Parent(guardian) form and fill out it and upload the file as an attachment. - Name of applicant and his/her parent/guardian’s name and signature should be written.
Proof of school enrollment	- This document is confirmation notifying applicant is enrolled in Elementary/ middle/high school. Applicant should be issued with his/her proof of school enrollment and upload it as an electronically scanned file as an attachment. - Recommendation letter issued by school president(as attachment) has same effect as proof of school enrollment.
Proof of immigration	- This document is only required for EFL applicant - Electronically scanned file of Proof of immigration should be attached for the registration.
Identification Picture	- Photo file with filename extension such as jpg.gif is only available to be uploaded and the size of file should not be over 1,025kbyte.

※ The size of each attached file should not be over 1MB.
